Change the bios to legacy support Third which Microsoft suggests is in the link below rafand changing the usb 3.0 from enabled to auto worked for me. Not too sure if it'll happens if you use a USB 3 flash drive in a USB 2 port tho.However I wouldn't recommend changing SATA to IDE (in the BIOS), if Blue means it is USB 3, avoid it.
